Jaimie Lee-Barron

I am a trained tutor in adult and further education, holding doctorates in both Education and Adult Learning and Development.

I have practiced the martial arts all my life, and now hold an 8th dan in Jiu-Jitsu, as well as black belts in several other combative systems.

I am the founder and president of the Institute of Martial Arts and Sciences which is an official, professional organisation specifically for martial artists, its aims being to encourage education and research into the various fighting arts

Interests and Hobbies:
My interests include history and philosophy, and helping those who are often marginalised by mainstream society (Students with Learning Disabilities, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Substance Abuse, Ex-Offenders, etc.)
