Saffron SamsonAfter studying English with History at university, I went to work for my local newspaper as a junior journalist with the aim of working my way up the ranks. I starting reporting on a broad range of topics, but took a particular shine to the UK property market and financial investments. I now work as a freelance journalist and have written articles for number of offline and online media titles covering a wide range of property markets both here in the UK and overseas.I hope to eventually set up my own online website covering a range of topics, but I need to build up and online presence, which is why I would like to become an author at Buzzle.com. I believe that Buzzle is a great platform for a writer like myself to help contribute to a great commmunity and build an online personality.
I have been a keen snowboarder for 10 years which is my adrenaline sport and have started salsa lessons with my partner. Travel is also another passion and I particularly look forward to camping trips which we combine with walking trips into the mountains. My favourite destinations in Europe include the French Alps, the Pyrennees and Croatia. Travelling further afield, Malaysia and Japan have been two of my more interesting trips, I love experiencing a completely different culture and seeing how other people live their lives. |
