I used to be a gym instructor and then went on to become a personal trainer down at an exclusive health club for 5 years. I've trained well over 500 people to reach their fitness goals. I now do one-on-one training while working on my new how to lose fat fast website. I cycle for my town and take part in all charity fund raising events such as the London marathon, London to Brighton cycle ride and many more. I've also been a keen sportsman and I now volunteer to help young sports men and women reach their fitness goals.

Interests and Hobbies:
I've love everything to do with fitness and sport. I go for runs every morning and go to the gym five times a week. Here's a list of my main hobbies:
