I teach courses and lead retreats on cleansing and living food (raw vegan) nutrition in Bali, New Zealand and Europe. In addition to 14 years experience as a vegetarian (8 on raw food only), I trained professionally as a living foods chef at Dr. Gabriel Cousens Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona and studied extensively with David Wolfe, the world’s leading expert in raw food nutrition. I am the author of 3 books on cleansing and 2 on live food nutrition, all of which I promote through my websites. Interests and Hobbies:
I am an avid reader of fiction and non fiction, especially books related to alternative health and personal growth. I love mountain biking and yoga. I also study and teach Qigong at a resort near my home in Bali.
