I have a husband and three children who all enjoy camping. I have learned many tricks and techniques that help the whole family have fun while camping. I have a vast amount of Dutch Oven Cooking knowledge that we use everytime we go camping. On another note, I have been a professional caterer for six years, preparing desserts for weddings and also family reunion dinners.Interests and Hobbies: Personal hobbies include scrapbooking, sewing, cooking, painting, landscaping, gardening, reading and writing novels. I enjoy fishing, camping, swimming, skiing, and biking. I am intrigued with survivalists. I like to hear stories about people who survived against all odds.
