Wendy Stenberg-Tendys Dr.

I have been an office administrator for many years and am now a retired teacher, having taught English in Hong Kong. I am also a Doctor of Divinity. But please do not hold that against me. Christianity is a way of life, NOT a religion. Over the years I have written several books, mainly in the Christian area, plus creating English courses in phonics, for non-speaking English children. I have now changed professional streams and am a SEO consultant, enjoying the untapped power of the Internet.

Interests and Hobbies:
My husband and I retired to the beautiful South Pacific island of Vanuatu, voted the Happiest Country on Earth in 2006. The birth place of extreme sports and the classic musical film, South Pacific.

We set up Seachange Lodge, boutique accommodation, instead of retiring.

Then we discovered the desperate need of the children of Vanuatu, with one of the fastest growing birth rates in the South Pacific. Being a tax-free haven there is no such thing as income tax . Neither is there any government money available to educate the children, for free. The majority of the nation's children will barely get a primary school education. They will never fully participate in the 21st century unless they are assisted with their education needs.

In 2007 we founded YouMe Support Foundation, to raise funds to provide secondary education for children who are geographically isolated and financially disadvantaged. Without help, these children will never have the opportunity to go to High School.

In a world first, Blue Moon Opportunity we are raffling Seachange Lodge on the Internet.

Raffling Seachange Lodge is just first of the many projects we are involved in to help children to gain an education and improve their way of life in the village.

Retirement? Well... Maybe some time.
