I am a qualified yoga teacher (with International Yoga Education and Research Centre in Pondicherry, India. I am a qigong teacher, authorised to teach Wild Goose Qigong by Dr. Bingkun Hu and Guigen Qigong by Dr. Xu Hongtau.I have a wide knowlege of other alternative therapies and am qualified in homoeopathy, Polarity Therapy, Korean hand acupuncture, Japanese Toyohari acupuncture, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Spinal Touch. I also have a wide knowledge of meditation in Yoga, Buddhist and Daoist lineages.
