Mark HesterI partner with Jamie Clark of Derby City Sauces to run the site www.weekendgrillers.com. I have no professional background in BBQ (Jamie does) but I am a dedicated amateur. We are working on building a site where the weekend grillers can come and learn from some of the Masters of Barbeque. We are in the process of lining up BBQ and Grilling Gurus and have started putting some of them onto the site already.Interests and Hobbies: Besides BBQ and grilling I love to follow the University of Louisville Cardinals in basketball and football and try to attend as many games as possible. Jamie and I are quite popular guests at tail-gating. I am also a big fan of audio drama programs such as the Old Time Radio greats and the new Podcasts.
