Norm SchoenhoffFor the last 30 years I have been a whitewater rafting guide and kayaker. I have rafted and kayaked many rivers in the US including most all of California's, Oregon's, the Colorado through the Grand Canyon, the Frasier River in British Columbia, the Bio Bio River in Chile. I have kayaked class 5 rivers such as Cherry Creek on the Toulumne River and the upper reaches of the North Fork of the American. I also have taught River Rescue Skills to river guides, firefighters, and local groups. I have lead many 5-15 day river adventures and planned everything from obtaining the permit to raft or kayak the river, to the food menus and buying, as well as all the logisitics.I never confess to knowing everything and always try to learn new things and better more efficient way to do things.
