 Tiffany WrightTiffany Wright is the author of Solving the Capital Equation: Financing Solutions for Small Businesses. She is the president of an interim management consulting firm and a commercial construction newspaper, Equal Construction Record, both located in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Wright is a former financial and business advisor to numerous small businesses in industries ranging from manufacturing to transportation to business services. As a business advisor she provided financial analysis, access to funding sources, partner development, strategic market assessment, operational support, and business strategy assistance to clients. Ms. Wright formerly owned and operated a small real estate investment company. Tiffany Wright also has extensive corporate experience. Ms. Wright worked at Siebel Systems in San Mateo, CA in business and partner development. Until July 2000 Ms. Wright worked at Enron in various capacities participating in a number of business and financial transactions. She also worked at Honda for five years, both in the U.S. and in Japan, developing new vehicles and managing various projects. Ms. Wright, who was born in California but raised in Ohio, obtained her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.Interests and Hobbies: In addition to acquiring (investing in) businesses, I enjoy personal investing. I am a prodigious reader of everything from business books, magazines, and newspapers to horror and popular fiction. I read 4-6 books per month. I also love to travel. I've been to 28 countries on 5 continents and lived in Japan for 2.5 years. I try to fly out of the country to foreign locales twice a year. I am also an athlete. I now run track on the Master's Circuit. The highlight was placing 7th in the 35-39 age group in the World Master's Track and Field Championships in Riccione, Italy in September 2007. I believe in the wholistic approach to health. I take no prescription drugs or over-the-counter drugs and use accupuncture, chiropractic, or massage when ill.
