Through my experience as a clinical psychologist and coach I have helped many people and organizations achieve what I call their Vision of Success. My psychological and sociological writings have been published in several scientific and literary journals. My writings on Success, Corporate Wellness, and Diversity have appeared on several Chamber of Commerce and other websites. As a success coach I have been interviewed on national television (BET) and radio programs, the BBC being among this group. I have coached and lectured executives, managers, and teams at such organizations as The US Department of Labor, Verizon, BET, Pepco and NASA. I am also a professional artist and my writing and artwork have been published in national magazines.
