Brent Filson

As a civilian, I have, during the past 21 years, helped thousands of leaders of all ranks and functions worldwide boost their leadership effectiveness and get audacious results.

Working with some of the top companies in the world, I have developed motivational leadership strategies, processes and skill sets, and created and instituted leadership educational and training programs.

I am the author of more than 23 books and scores of articles on leadership. My leadership books have been featured in more than 200 magazines and newspapers and scores of radio and television shows.

I have lectured at Columbia University, MIT, Boston College, Wake Forest University, Williams College, Villanova, and more; and have spoken before many dozens of private, non-profit and government organizations.
