Elizabeth has rich experience in business, finance, personnel practices, human resource systems and business coaching. She offers a unique blend of results based business coaching mixed with a solid dose of supportive energy and enthusiasm to work with you to help you reach your business or career goals.

Elizabeth double majored at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill in Sociology and Criminal Justice, minored in Psychology and
History and completed graduate course work in Career Counseling. From 2003 through 2006 she was the Assistant Budget Director for the City of Durham, NC and served for a year as the Acting Budget Director. In addition to her financial and human resources background she has worked in the emergency services field as both a practitioner and top administrator. Elizabeth completed her Executive Business Coach training through Duke University and the Business Coach Institute Program.

Elizabeth is an avid reader, book club founder, dog walker and entrepreneur. She enjoys camping and spending time with her immediate, extended and chosen families.
