Joe Pinto

Starting his career in Chicago real estate as Coldwell Banker’s Rookie Agent of the year in 1997 and continuing to excel year in year out. Joe has remained a top producing Realtor in the Chicago real estate market for the last decade. Creating the team concept of real estate after only a few years in the business, Joe personally mentored and trained his agents and his team continued to grow. Three years later, Joe was approached by Prudential Real Estate to bring a New Construction focus to the companies Chicago real estate office. Accepting the offer, Joe’s team of eight agents produced one third of the office volume of forty-five agents. Continuing to gain market presence, Joe, drawn back by fondness and loyalty, along with his team, rejoined his original broker from Coldwell Banker as she opened a Re/Max office. While at Re/Max he ranked 17th in team volume Internationally, as he further developed his approach to management and, ultimately, ownership. In January of 2003 Joe sadly parted ways with his good friend at Re/Max and opened his own company. His belief in the internet and technology, along with proper training and mentoring, was the direction he felt he needed to propel his team to success. Always an advocate for the client, Joe imparts to every agent at Chicago Home Estates, It is your client’s best interest that rules. Possessing a strong knowledge of Chicago’s New Construction Market, colleagues from other company regularly seek his advice. Interests and Hobbies:
Most time is spent in real estate as it is a hobby as well as a profession. Other than that i do spend time writing real estate articles and working on the internet.
