WORK EXPERIENCE: 1. In the professional capacity of a psychotherapist at Athma Shakti Vidyalaya (a residential treatment center for schizophrenics) from May ’93 to March ’95. 2. Formed the Center for Awareness Trust to promote psychological well being and spiritual growth, and set up private practice in psychotherapy and counseling in 1996. 3. Conducted a series of HRD workshops: § On Team-Building for ION Exchange between March '96 to Feb. '97. § On Awareness of emotions for Pragati Learning Systems in April '97. § On Creativity for Frontier Computers between May '97 and Jan. '98. § On Yoga and Meditation for Kanbay from Jan. to Feb. '98. 4. In the position of HRD Manager at Netcon Systems Feb.-July '98. 5. In the capacity of HRD Consultant at Perfect Moulds Limited June-Nov.'99. 6. In the capacity of teacher and counselor at Dilip Oak’s Academy from July-Dec ’02. 7.Started private practice in psychological and spiritual counselling, including rebirthing and past life regression.

Interests and Hobbies:
THEATER AND OTHER CULTURAL ACTIVITY:

§ An active member of theater group Chingari, N.Delhi, between 1988 -1993 playing lead roles in various productions e.g. Tartuffe, Maids, Chairs, Infernal Machine, American Dream and Jacques and his master. performed at Sri Ram Center, N.Delhi and at Prithvi theater, Bombay with Rajat Kapur, Rahul Vohra, Chandrasekhar, Raman Chawla, Atul, Sheeba and Munish Bhardwaj.

§ Learnt basics of Kathakali and Kalleripayettu in Trivandrum as participatory research between 1990-92.

§ An active and founder member of dance-theater group Apoorva, Bangalore between 1993-96. Performed in various productions with Tripura Kashyap and directed and acted in Aranya-kiran

§ Conducted theater workshops for children and adolescents in Pune and Bangalore, as well as directed a play with the students of Valley School, Bangalore.

§ Learnt German from Max Mueller Bhavan up to the M-III level and did translations on a free-lance basis, in particular Out of Stillness.

§ Acted in various short-films and student exercises of F.T.I.I., Pune, most notably 'Repentance' winner of national award in 1999.

$ Have been painting (acrylics on canvas) and creating digital artworks since 2000 on a professional basis and held exhibitions of my works at Pune, Bombay and Chennai. My works can be seen at http://www.digmeart.com.
