Actively meditate preferably on the beach. Have experimented with a variety of styles and come back enriched with the experience. Future plans include opening my own restopub, travelling to Cambodia, Israel, Africa and Ireland. Also included, is a body-mind spa with a unique theme aimed at restoring sanity in body first and then the mind to make this world a better place. Step by step.
