Dale CrouseDale is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt; he has been dealing with facts and data for the past 6 years in his work. He is a Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Facilitator. Prior work experience has been Process Engineering Manager and Plant Manager all dealing with Plastic Injection Molding. Dale is married to Linda, a beautiful blond. They have two sons and one grandson. They have 2 Yellow Labs and 8 cats. Dale grew up in the country and enjoys the country life style, (his hope is that the website his wife started will allow them to retire early). He enjoys working in his orchard and mowing grass. If he could hit a large lottery he could take piddling around to a new level, and maybe teach others. He is an active member of The United Methodist Church.Interests and Hobbies: Interests and Hobbies include horticulture as being an orchardist growing apples, peaches, cherries and pears. Dale is a home gardener growing fresh vegetables for canning and preserving. He does woodworking and furniture building in the winter, when not plowing snow with his 1962 John Deere.
