Glen GildermanI am a Middle School teacher of Social Science in Proctor, Minnesota. I have been teaching and coaching for 21 years. In 2000, I was named one of Minnesota's top 18 teachers and declared a Teacher of Excellence by the Teacher of the Year Program.In October of 2006, my book, Managing Middle School Madness was published by Rowman & Littlefield Education Publishers. The book is a collection of advice and tips for parents of students entering or already in Middle School. I have a Master's degree in Teaching Students with Emotional Difficulties. Interests and Hobbies: I love to teach and coach. I coach the Proctor/Hermantown/Marshall Varsity Girls Hockey team and have coached cross-country running and track and field in the past.
