Thompson, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Speed Racer, television commercials, consumer product marketing, Mad Magazine and Eastern philosophy. Statement: Using aspects of a commercial arts background as well as conventional art experience, stories of people or events are packaged into a succinct visual statement. Visual statements that exploit and sometimes abuse vibrant color, incorporate cartoonish iconography and the ever wonderful pun.
