What is Zrii anyways?

Zrii’s innovative compensation plan, dubbed the ‘Prosperity Plan’, is a Hybrid model based around the standard Uni-level. With Zrii you can be paid on 9 levels with the opportunity to be paid on many more with the infinity override as you progress through the ranks. The infinity and unilevel bonuses are paid on a monthly basis.

Another lucrative feature is the Zrii Matching Bonus. An Independent Executive can earn a maximum of 20% matching bonus on all the people they personally sponsor into the business. This means if an executive helps 5 people get started and assists them in earning an average of $1000.00 each the recruiting executive will be entitled to a payout of 20% of those totals. 20% of $5000 is $1000.00 in residual income. The power behind this type of bonus is in its ability to create serious team work because an executive is highly compensated to help the newest members succeed.

The Zrii Fast Start Bonus incorporates an interesting twist that has many leaders talking. Fast start bonuses are paid out for 3 consecutive months instead of the standard 1 time only. A Zrii Executive can earn up to 40% for Month 1, 30% for month 2 and 20% For month 3. To illustrate; when a new member starts with an initial product order of $100, the recruiting sponsor will receive $40 the first month, $30 the second and another $20 the third.

Finally, The Zrii Prosperity Plan has a number of different leadership bonus pools including the Fast Start Pool (different to the Fast Start bonus discussed earlier), Star Bonus Pool and Founders Pool paying out 5%, 3% and 2% respectively. Interestingly a maximum of 3 legs, or teams, is all that is required to advance to the pinnacle of the prosperity plan. Having a 3 leg requirement enables a group to focus on depth which tends to create better stability in an organization.

In reality the Zrii compensation model pays out significant commissions for the new person thereby creating quick success which can statistically greatly enhance attrition rates. An associate who is making money is an associate who is much less likely to quit.
