Your Sadness

I guess I never saw it coming…
You make my heart ache.
This much is what I can't take.
Your words pin me down.
Watch me cry and squirm until I am no longer awake.
This pain is the only thing you give to me.
You're everything I never wanted to be.
Do something!
Don’t just stand there and watch me bleed, there's nothing left to see.
Your sadness came upon me quietly.
I didn't see it approaching.
Now I’m nothing, if only I were leaving.
You are young and cruel; I sued to be so happy.
But you turned me into sadness
