Yaz, also known as Yasmin is a birth control pill which has become quite popular in recent years. Just like all other types of birth control pills, even Yaz is made of two hormones, namely estrogen as well as progesterone. Women using Yaz pills have to follow a 24/4 dosing schedule where they have to take the hormone pills for 24 days and placebo pills for 4 days.
