Cons of Wu-Yi Tea
There is a lot of hype on the Internet saying that Wu-Yi tea is better than green tea and can aid better in weight loss. Sadly, there are no research to claim this. Also, the amount of antioxidants which are free radical scavengers that boost immunity, that aid in weight loss and prevent cancer, are less in oolong tea compared to green tea. There are many studies supporting green tea health benefits, and almost none that support Wu-Yi tea health benefits. Hence, there are no studies that can claim Wu-Yi tea as a powerful fat-burner.
So, one can't rely on just Wu-Yi review on the Internet, as there are no researches supporting it. While on the other hand green tea is well researched and tested. But, Wu-Yi tea does benefit due to its lower caffeine content compared to black tea and coffee, and can help you decrease your caffeine intake.
