Wrong Side Of The Track Ch.2

Tony didn't ask me to marry him he broke up with me. I sat there as he delivered his well written unoriginal speech of it's not you it's me and I hope we can be friends then, he told me to order whatever I like it was on him then he left and I just sat there. I didn't cry I didn't plead with him that wasn't me I’m just not that kind of girl. But let it never be said that Audrey Liddel isn't one for revenge. I ordered one of everything on the menu it came to a total of 1,500 dollars I wasn't worried about the cost his parents had the cash. I had the bus boy assist me to my car with all the bags of food. I drove the food to a local shelter where they divided up all the lobster, steak, and other expensive foods to be handed out. I went home to a note on my bedroom door it read:

Honey your father and I went
out for dinner with Garasons
will be home soon love ya

My parents were rarely home since I was 10 I was basically raised by nanny's that’s also the reason I’m so fluent in Spanish. My parents didn't plan to have me but said they were happy when they found out but they didn't let me get in the way of their career. If they weren't working they were on vacation and if not that they were out socializing. I’m pretty use to it when I got into high school I enjoyed being home alone I did alot of things in this house hell I even lost my virginity in this house ah I love this house. I laid on my bed and fell straight asleep. I got up in the morning to get ready for school and noticed I had a small bruise from where I ran into the tree. I felt so lousy I just put on a pair of jeans and a plain white tee I pulled my auburn hair back into a ponytail. I finished getting ready you know the basics brush teeth wash face. When I looked at the clock I realized I was late for school I hated driving to school it was hard to get a parking spot and I only lived about a 20 minute walk from school. But I didn't want to be any later than I was so I hopped in my car and took off. When I went into the office I was the only one in there I rang the bell for and aide to come when I heard the door slamm behind me. I turned around and there he stood in his 6 foot glory my savior my hero well not really cause I still hit the tree but he helped me up.

"Hey aint you the girl who slammed into the tree" he asked
"Ah haha yeah that’s me" I answered
"Damn, I see you got a knot on your dome"
"Oh yeah" I embarrassingly hung my head
"Ms. Liddel"

I turned around to see the office secretary she knew me because I was an office aide during 5th.

"Yes Mrs. Potter"
"Did you ring the bell or was it that gentleman over there"
"Oh it was me I need a tardy slip"
"Tisk tisk Ms. Liddel one moment"

She wrote me a pass and marked it school business so I wouldn't get in trouble Mrs. Potter was one of my favorite administrators. I rushed out the door right pass the guy he smelled wonderful just like axe oh I love the smell of axe. I was all smiles walking into first until I saw an equally big smile on Katie’s face and I knew she just wanted to hear about last night I knew cause she left me all of I don’t know 7 voice mails. I went to my seat and tried to avoid contact with Katie which was difficult cause she sat right next to me.30 minutes later class was over and I tried to leave as fast as I could but she caught me.

"Audrey slow down" she screamed
"Sorry Katie just trying not to be late to class" I lied
"You can try to avoid telling me about last night but don’t forget I have you in 2,3 and 4th period so I will bug you for the next couple hours till you tell me"
"No"
"Oh my gosh it’s not like you haven’t told me all ya'lls dirty little sex stories before I can handle it"
"Katie he broke up with me"
"What"
"He did the whole skit of its not you its me and I hope we can be friends thing"
"Oh poor baby I can’t imagine how you feel right now"
"Actually I’m fine"
"Audrey I know your just trying to be strong"
"No really Katie I’m fine I don’t know it didn't really hurt that bad"
"Audrey he was Mr. Perfect and you’re saying your over him like that"
"Yeah"
"Oh my gosh how am I suppose to be a good best friend if you won't tell me how you feel"
"I did tell you how I felt you are choosing not to accept it"

For the next few periods Katie tried to pull feeling out of me that weren't there causing both of us to get Saturday detention. But I knew it was just her twisted way of being a friend. I couldn’t wait to get to 5th period until I realized I had it with tony. He was putting mail into teacher's slots while I checked in with Mrs. Potter

"We need to talk" tony said
"I don’t see that we have anything to discuss" I replied
"How about the little stunt you pulled with at the restaurant if you were upset you should have just told me instead of just charging 1,500 dollars to my card"
"If I was upset tony my boyfriend of five months just broke up with me"
"I’m just sayin that-"
"And I’m just saying we have nothing to talk about"

I started to walk away when tony grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him his grip was hard and really hurt.

"Tony let me go" I said in a low roar
"No you’re going to-"
"No you’re going to let me go"
"I just want you to listen to me"
"And I just want you to let me fucking go"
Then a familiar voice jumped I’m my argument with tony
"I think you should let her go" it was the guy
"I think you should bud out it’s not your business"
"Well unless you let her go I’m gonna make it my business"

Tony let me go and I went to assist the guy

"How may I help you" I asked
"Uh I need to talk to Mrs. Potter she told me to check in during fah"
"Financial aide homeroom haha" tony chimmed in
"One moment and thank you"
"No problem"

Me and tony had no more confrontations for the rest of 5th I was more that excited to get to my last class of the day I was sitting there and saw him walk in and he sat right next to me. He smiled this cute half a smile revealing gorgeous white teeth he said hi and I said hi back we sat in silence for the rest of the class until the last 5 minutes of class she he slid me a note I was very excited to read:
