I see sadness in your eyes
But all I can do is wonder why
You tell me everything is alright
But I know your heart is broken inside
I want you to be always happy
But you always give me those fake smiles
Seeing you unhappy makes me sad
It makes me wonder is this my mistake
Whenever I ask you what is wrong
You just say nothing at all
Deep inside me I know you’re hurt
I know there is something bothering you
I wish I could find out why you’re acting so weird
I see sadness in your eyes

I look in your eyes and they seem so lost
All they want to do is cry all day long
Is so hard to see you so upset
When you touch me you seem to forget about your pain
