Women's Hockey World Cup 2010: Day 10

Germany beat Australia 1-0 in a Pool A encounter in the 2010 Women's Hockey World Cup to confirm their entry into the semi-finals.
All league games have been completed in the ongoing Women's Hockey World Cup 2010. The four semi-finalists have been decided, and the other teams will have to fight it out for positions 5 to 12. Germany defeated Australia to take the last spot amongst the semi-finalists. It means that hosts Argentina will play Germany and the Netherlands will clash with England in the semi-finals.
