Women and Self Esteem: Do You Worry About Money? Just Find Your Center 9 Tips to Help
Is money a stress point in your life? Do you lose sleep when you think about your financial security, especially now in the current global mindset. If the topic of money causes an immediate negative reaction in you, you are not alone... Here are 9 Tips to Help You Find Your Center again and put money in it's rightful place.
Let's face it, money worries can cause loss of sleep, fear, uncertainty and doubt, can stress and strain relationships and greatly affect your quality of life enjoyment in a negative way.
That's not good... you don't want that... no... of course you don't...
When you are worried and stressed, you restrict the positive flow of your energy. When you restrict the positive flow of your energy, you negatively affect your personal vibration and the general quality of what you attract into your life... kind of like sucking on a lemon...
In other words...
You get what you focus on whether you want it or not.
Just find your center. Look at the big picture. Don't be hard on yourself, you can change your relationship with money, and change the way money shows up in your life.
In fact, the only way to change the way money shows up in your life is to change your relationship with it.
Here are some thoughts you may find helpful as you renegotiate your relationship with money.
Accept that money is merely a form of energy and there is plenty for all. Money is a method of keeping track of who does what. In the old days, we used to trade chickens and wheat for our labors, but that doesn't work very well on Wall Street (all that poop and straw) so we devised money to represent the trade.
The world is an abundant place, and the only thing that keeps you restricted and pinched off from experiencing the joy of abundance is your negative focus.
You get what you focus on whether you want it or not
-Think lack, vibrate lack, attract lack
-Think abundance, vibrate abundance, attract abundance.
Wake up and take stock of the state of your financial situation. Take responsibility for your current financial state of affairs. You created it with your focus. You can change it with your focus. Yes... you can.
In fact the only way to change your situation is to change your focus. Period.
See yourself as a financially empowered woman. What would life be like if you felt powerful about your finances this very instant? Would you feel different inside?
Would you sleep better? Would you make powerful decisions about purchases, savings etc? Hmmmm...
Stop talking about and giving airtime to your money problems. The old cliché about being solution oriented instead of problem oriented is a cliché for a reason... it's true... focus on the solution, your vision... the positive aspect of what you are creating...
Talk about how great it feels to be moving forward and making positive changes. To be building your financial well being.
Create a plan to get rid of personal credit card debt. I am not a financial coach, but I know that getting out of credit card debt is a positive and powerful experience.
Talk to someone qualified to give you sound guidance and commit to a solid plan. Make sure your resource is empowering, and you feel good about this.
Make a commitment to be respectful of your money and your self. Every time you go shopping, you are exchanging your energy (money) for the energy (stuff and services) of others.
Make sure your money is spent on high quality, well thought out resources. After all, what you spend your money on reflects your self worth.
Ask yourself if your purchase is moving you towards your vision, keeping you stuck in your rut, or actually moving you backwards towards what you don't want.
Every decision you make moves you in one of those directions. Think about the last impulsive purchase you made and see how it measures up.
And last, but in my humble opinion most important: Talk things over with your Higher Power, Higher Self, Inner Wise Woman, Creator of your understanding.
Be grateful for the incredible abundance you enjoy and your many blessings. Allow the loving power of the positive universe to support you. Listen for guidance.
There you have it...
