Winter Monster

Out of the dark of winter...something scary lurks...
We roam these wintry nights
Beneath the vapor lights.
A sense of gloom hangs low,
Over our feet of dough.
What comes forth is eerie,
With no chance of query,
It devours us so quick,
And has no lips to lick.
Within seconds, it's gone,
Before the rise of dawn.
