Winter and Him

It's a love poem towards nature. But the girl could be taken as anyone.
Each snowdrop is a kiss
from Winter's blessed lips.
A snowflake is a prize
for looking in her eyes.

The burnt leaves of fall
signal lovers' call.
For Winter is soon coming,
and the kisses will be falling.

You love her so much.
She flames you with her touch.
Her tears make you cry
And her laugh is sublime.

For you, love is complications.
Making many sacrifices.
Too long to not love.
too much to not give.

In her mind, you're her future.
The only one she wants to be with forever.
Her kisses are in reality,
actual truth in clarity.

Live and let live, they say
Today.
Tomorrow, who knows?
In love, they go.
