Winning at Video Poker - It's All about Strategic Cycles

Really to increase your chances to win at video poker you just have to change a few things. The average player does exactly what the casino wants them to do, play and lose. Playing the same machine for ever and ever thinking it has to hit.
The casinos are master marketeers when it comes to gambling, they tell you what they want you to do, not what you should do.

Increasing you chances to win at video poker is not a hard strategy, the hard part is changing your habits. You learn to play a certain way and like most people you continue like that even though you lose. Why would you expect any different results in the future if you don't change something. The casinos want you to think your luck will change, but they know luck has only a small part to play, they have the odds stacked in their favor.

Observation

Having lived in Las Vegas for more than 4 years now, you see it all. Players talk to poker machines, they curse at them and occasionally they pound on them and break the glass. This is exactly what the casinos want, emotional attachment. They know this emotion creates more profits because people forget about money and pour more in seeking revenge.

If you adopt a strategy you can bypass what the casino wants and increase your chances to win at video poker. You still have to deal with that little computer chip inside the machine, but working with a strategy puts you more on a mechanical level playing field. You can play at a level which is more methodical than emotional. Separate yourself from the average player in this one way puts you way ahead in winnings more.

The strategy I developed is what I use all the time. I play video poker and I use the same strategy I write about. It's simple and legal, even when you increase you winning the casino still has plenty of losers to collect from.
