Spring Window Fashions is a leading manufacturer of window shutters in the form of innovative blinds, shades and drapery hardware under the brand names of Bali, Graber and Nanik, Bali being the most popular of the three. All three specialize in 'do-it-yourself' custom-made window treatments. The company, formerly known as Badger Crane Drapery Hardware, was founded by John N. Graber, in 1939, at Mineral Point, Wisconsin. It all began with the invention of the 'Badger Crane' by Graber, which held the side panels of the drapery hung over some Venetian blinds. He then collected orders from departmental stores nearby and started production in full swing at the Badger Crane Drapery Hardware. The company then expanded and became Spring Window Fashions that manufactures custom window treatments, under the brand name Bali.
