Win Back Lost Love and Heal Your Broken Heart

A look at how to win back love and heal a broken heart.
Let me just say that not all ex lovers want the other back. If you know your lover doesn't have feelings for you, it doesn't matter what you do, it won't be worth your time in trying to win back lost love in a relationship that’s bound to fail. Just move on. It will hurt but you’ll be better off in the long run after you find yourself a mutually loving partner.

However, be aware that the greatest relationships in the world have periods of uncertainty. The fact that you both may need to learn how to work through the tough times doesn’t mean you don't love each other anymore. Remember, every relationship has conflict, at some point.

Now, how do you win back lost love?

Many times if you simply look back over the course of your relationship you’ll remember the things your ex used to compliment you about, or the ways you acted, or the things you did together. Now thin, has any of that changed? Perhaps you were more affectionate and attentive to him or her in the beginning of the relationship and that seemed to wear off over time? That’s very common in long term relationships.

Whatever the change is, you can always try to go back, of course if you’re willing. If your relationship was good and you do want to change for the better, you then need to let your ex know that you miss that particular aspect of the relationship that you believe faded. If these qualities are what made your ex fall in love with you in the first place, you can be pretty sure they’ll be more than happy to hear about this change from you!
