Wimbledon 2010: Day 10 Results
Day 10 saw the women's semifinals being played, in addition to the doubles events. Let's see what day 10 of the Wimbledon 2010 had in store for us...

Women's Semifinals Results
In the first semi of the day, Serena Williams took on Petra Kvitova, and the match went on serve in the first set, to be decided in favor of Williams in the tie break. Kvitova lost steam after the first set, and just could not keep up with Serena Williams' game, and lost the second set, and a chance to make history at the most prestigious grass court tournament of them all.
In the other semi, Vera Zvonareva overcame a stiff challenge from Tsvetana Pironkova to move into the finals of the Wimbledon 2010. After losing the first set 3-6, Zvonareva stepped up her game, and denied the unseeded player a chance to be in her first grand slam final. This is Zvonareva's best performance at a grand slam with her previous best coming in the 2009 Australian Open.
The Zvonareva Williams final will be played on Saturday, and it should a tough match for the defending champion. Her way to the final, however, showed that she is all set to retain her 2009 crown, and Zvonareva will have to play her best tennis if she wants to create an upset. Experience will be with Serena Williams, and her confidence will be on a high. Watch out for this excellent match on the weekend.

Wimbledon 2010: Day 11 Schedule
Day 11 of the Wimbledon 2010 will feature the Men's Singles Semifinals, and both the matches are worth looking out for. Rafael Nadal will be trying to stamp his authority here at Wimbledon in the absence of Roger Federer, and Murray will be trying for his first Wimbledon win, as will Djokovic and Berdych. Here is what the order of play looks like on day 11.

So another action packed day as the Wimbledon 2010 draws to an exciting finish. Don't miss the action on Day 11 as 3 of the men's seeds will be fighting it out for their first Wimbledon title. Andy Murray and Tomas Berdych will be fighting for their first ever grand slam title as well, while Murray will also be looking to be the first Brit to win the Wimbledon since 1936. Nadal will be looking to get back his 2008 title here, which he was unable to defend in 2009 due to injury.
