Will I Marry Him?? Chapter Three

I didn't utter a word. My mind rambled in thoughts. "Shall I? mm No..". Even the thought kissing him panicked me.

I was lost in my own thoughts, which annoyed Sharma and he said "It's ok darling... Will get it from your mom. Bye"

Saying this he hung up the call. I was scared, immediately I started to call him before he calls my mom. He didn't pick the phone which worried me. I tried again, this time he picked and asked "So you called up to give a kiss?"

I hesitated, but replied with a Yes. Sharma was excited and asked "Then for whom are u waiting? Give it baby!!!!!!"

Then I did it. Yes I kissed him, my first kiss. There was no reply from him so I asked softly "I have given, then what?". He, with a surprised tone said "What??? I didn't get any... You are cheating me"
"Promise Sharma, I gave u one"
"No baby I didn't get... It's ok I will teach u how to give..." Saying this he gave me a kiss and asked me to do it in the same way. I did it again, but got the same reply. I felt bad and said "Sorry Sharma, I couldn't do it... u know am not good at those things"
He laughed aloud and said "ha ha I have got two kisses from my lovable baby... Thank you sexy. Bye"

I was shocked but I felt happy and I said "cheater Bye"

So things were going on well. One day he called me as usual and said "Hi baby, I will start my journey today and will meet after 2 days in Chennai". I was shocked hearing that. My sense said that he is speaking true, but my heart refused to accept it. I said "Don't make fun ok... I know you won't come"
"Oh my God... Truly am coming sweetheart. Just believe me"
"Is it???"
"Yes. So tell me what you want me to get for you"
"Nothing"
"Hmmm... O.K. then. See I cannot call you frequently during my journey. So take care will meet you soon in Chennai. Bye"
"Bye... Happy and safe journey... Take care"

We hung up the call, but I was still in the shock. Is he coming truly? Is he coming all the way just to meet me? Does he love me that much? There were so many questions running on my mind. I couldn't find the answers so I just started to wait for him to arrive.

He called me rarely during his journey. I could hear all the noises (people speaking, vendors shouting), this made believe his arrival. So I started to plan for the things that I should do when I meet him. The first thing that came to my mind was to get him a gift. So I thought of many but ended up with a wrist watch. I got one. I chose one of my favorite dresses to wear on that day and I waited.

The fine morning came when Sharma called me and said "Emily tell me your address I will come and see u there". The words shivered me. I was both happy and afraid. Slowly I said "You are new to this place. So you be in the station I will meet u there in half an hour". He said "O.K" and hung up.

I started to dress and prepare myself to meet Sharma. Within 10 minutes I was in a bus towards station. There was heavy traffic and it delayed my journey. Sharma was impatient and called me and asked "Will u come at least before noon darling?" I smiled and said "Sorry Sharma, heavy traffic will meet you in 15 minutes". Then I got down the bus and walked towards station. I was filled with anxiety, joy everything mixed up leaving thousands of butterflies in my stomach.
