Will I Marry Him?? Chapter Four
The first meet.
Finally I reached station and searched for Sharma. Tried to call him but hell with the network, it didn't connect my call. I stood there thinking of a way to contact Sharma.
Suddenly a tall lean structured guy crossed me. Our eyes met for a second. He moved further. I turned back to call scot again. My inner intuition said that he was Sharma, but am not sure as I have seen just a passport size photo of his. The call didn't get connected. I got frustrated and thought of calling from some public telephone. At that time the guy came in front of me and smiled. I too smiled. Thus we recognized each other; he was Sharma, my Sharma. I felt happy, felt like flying higher in the sky.
His mouth opened throwing out words beautifully "mm, Say me", the first line that he said after seeing me.
I smiled and replied "mm am fine how r u?" We both started walking towards station.
We sat on a bench. He gave me some sweets and my favorite chocolates.
He smiled and asked "So honey, where are u taking me up?"
I smiled back and replied "I don't know"
He said "See, am new to this city, I don't know anyone nor any place. So u have to take me out somewhere"
I thought of some places to go but nothing struck my mind and finally I said "O.K. Come on let's go to a restaurant and have our lunch first"
We both walked out of station silently to a nearby restaurant. Ordered our lunch and sat.
Sharma called up Anita to declare his arrival. He called her; I know that she would be little upset as she couldn't meet him. I was right, when Sharma gave his phone to me, hearing my voice in his phone she got upset. She yelled at me for not telling her about the meet so far. She hung up the phone angrily. I felt bad though Sharma didn't mind her words,he cooled me off.
I gave him my gift. He asked "Hey what is this"
I said "nothing just a watch". He took it.
We came out of the restaurant and Sharma asked me about my next plan. I didn't have any!!!!
So I said "That's it Sharma. I will go to my hostel and you go to your room". He said "No" curtly and asked me to take him out somewhere. Finally I decided to take him up for a movie.
I have never gone out with a guy in my lifetime. I was not sure why I am going with him. Though he had said that he loves me plenty of times, I never believed it, but still I went with him. I couldn't deny his request. I don't know why.
We went inside the theater; I was quite excited, amused and thrilled. The lights went off and the movie started. I don't know what will he do sitting beside me. I was nervous, frighten at the same time I felt secure with him beside. I was filled with mixture of all feelings that existed in the world.
An hour passed. Till now he was like a good well behaved boy. Suddenly to my surprise he whispered into my ears "Hey baby, I have got an anklet for you. Just show me your legs. I will put it by myself".
I felt tensed and refused, but he insisted. Losing out his patience he was about to grab my legs. I stared without knowing what to do. At that time the lights were on. It was interval. I was relieved and grinned at him kiddingly.
He went out and got us two coffees and a popcorn to munch. The movie started again. He gave me the coffee. I drank it. He offered me popcorn. I took a little. I felt bad to take it again so I refused when he gave the popcorn again. He got annoyed and he started to eat alone.
I felt bored after some time, so asked him the popcorn, but he refused. We fought like children our hands touched, it set fire in me, I was about to take my hand back but mm it was nice so I fought with him and finally I got the popcorn from him. The little fight, the slight touch eased out the tension between us. We sat silently yet happily for the remaining film.
The film got over. We walked out of the theater, me hoping of leaving to hostel. I said bye to him with much grief. He was surprised with my bye, and said "Hello, don't ever think of leaving this early, come on lets go somewhere"
I said "Chance less my boy, I have to go to my hostel soon. I cannot go late."
Sharma dragged me and said "let's go to beach"
I said a quick no and said "Sharma, even I don't know the way for any beach. Truly, believe me, I have been there only twice."
Sharma said "No problem we will go. It's not that difficult." He called for a taxi and we were on the way to beach.
I was thrilled at the same time felt very happy as I can spend some more time with him.
We walked along the sand of beach together, very closely. We sat near the sea thus a cool breeze blew over us. Scoot opened the pack and he wore the watch that I gave. I guess he was happy over it.
He then remembered the anklet which he couldn't put in the theater, and he put it my legs forcibly. The anklet looked good. We spoke for some time.
He threw his arms around me and held me tightly in his arms. Gently he turned my face towards his and gave a sweet kiss on my forehead. It was a lovely perfect first kiss.
