Wild oil of oregano, as the name suggests, is an oil extracted from the wild oregano plant. It must not be confused with the spice that is commonly used in cooking. The scientific name of wild oregano is Origanum Vulgare. It is a multipurpose oil which strengthens the immune system and provides ample protection against the bacteria and germs. If the oil is highly concentrated, it needs to be mixed with other oils. You could put a drop of this oil in a teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil. Side Effects

If you applied it topically without diluting it, it could lead to a burning sensation or even redness. So, dilute it before its application. In case you are consuming it for indigestion or tooth disorder, start from a smaller dosage. Never put more than 2-3 drops in a glass of water. Keep the capsules out of the reach of children. If you are applying it topically, try on less sensitive areas first. If you consume this oil, your body might find it difficult to absorb iron. Women could discontinue its use during pregnancy. If your skin gets irritated after applying this oil, you might be allergic to it. If you have a vomiting sensation after consuming it, discontinue its use.
