As the old saying goes the money is in the list, and they couldn’t be more right. So what exactly is an email list?

To sum it up and email list is a list of people who have filled out a short form with their name and email and have giving you the permission to email them. They filled in there information because they are interested in whatever you might be selling or offering.

Now statics show that for every three people on your list you should make at least 1 dollar a month from them. So all we have to do now is a little bit of math. If you had a list of say 10,000 subscribers and for every 3 you made 1 dollar you would make more then three thousand dollars a month from your list. Not to bad now is it?

List building will allow your business to stay a float for the long run. It easily allows you to follow up with your subscribers at the push of a button. Even better though is you can easily notify them of important things like sales, price cuts, or anything that you think might benefit them in one way or another.

Also believe it or not building a list can also lead to online friendships. You will be surprised at the friends you can make from the people who response to your email messages. Over time these friendships just might lead to you teaming up with someone online, and earning more money. So it never hurts to make a few good friends online, and list building could just be the perfect way to make them.
