Recently I have been hearing the word superfood being thrown around a lot. Especially when it comes to the fruit goji berries. I wanted to find out why they have decided that goji falls into this exclusive category.
Superfoods are foods that make you feel healthier and help to combat cancer and other aliments. Often times these foods are fresh and has little-to-no processing or packaging. Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains are the main holders of the beneficial nutrients that our bodies need to strive.
