2. You can put your mind to becoming fit and healthy and get on with doing the hard yards to achieve a great personal victory. This is what you would like to do, but do you want it enough to see it through?
3. You can continue with the ostrich act and joylessly keep shoving your chubby face in the sand and waving your wobbly bottom around for comic effect. You can keep on making hollow sad little jokes about your situation and pretend you just don't care. Changing nothing is a choice. You shouldn't really think of it as a very good choice, though. You are worth much more than that and you have two other perfectly fantastic choices to select from.
Look, you really can come to terms with being overweight and attain a state of true happiness in your own, admittedly somewhat stretched skin. It would help your potential longevity if you could consider eating nutritious food and doing some daily exercise despite deciding not to lose weight. There are plenty of overweight but fit people out there who have a great lifestyle and the expectation of a long and healthy lifespan. You could be one of them; it's up
to you to make the decision and stick with it.
However, if you can work on your mindset to the point that health and fitness becomes a driving force in your life rather than a vague desire, you can lose your excess flabby bits and become trim and fit forever.
