Why am I not Losing Weight?

Losing weight could be very difficult without proper plan. What ever happened to your weight loss program? find out in this article.
Do not be surprised if you find yourself one day distressed for not being able to achieve your desired weight after at least half a year of rigorous exercise and continuous dieting. What could have gone wrong?

This is the question you might always ask yourself, thinking of other possible reasons why after religiously following the prescribed fitness program, you are still your old fat self.

While some people might actually lose extra pounds during the first few months, they may find themselves progressively gaining that weight again. Thing is, many people are also suffering from the same depression. Statistics say that 70 percent of our population is wearing the same shoes as yours.

For any health problems, an expert’s advice should always be the first one to enter your mind. And if they do give you prescription, be diligent enough to follow it or else it’ll be useless.

If you are not nursing a complicated illness like diabetes, there is a possibility that the root cause of the problem is because you are not following your physician’s prescription. This is a common problem among weight losers. Just so you are watching what you're eating and exercising does not necessarily follow that losing extra pounds shall come easy.

Both the diet and activities plan should be carefully constructed. Moreover, no matter how effective these appetite suppressants are proven to work, not all of them can guarantee a hundred percent positive result.

Tired of using one diet plan after the other? The good news is you don’t have to. You can always pick one that really works for you, one that is proven. Say, have a specific type of meal with generous helpings of food rich in fiber.

You may also incorporate some alternative products to some of your regular stocks. Instead of using low fat milk for example, you may use skimmed milk instead. Other protein-rich foods can also take part of your daily consumption – legumes, lean meat, or nuts.

Keep your stocks free from sweets, junk food and other unhealthy snacks. This can be a great help but may also mean a great sacrifice to other household members including your children.

The thing is, their participation will be very much appreciated during these times. The temptation of having one of these products inside your house might be difficult for you to resist.

Unless your will power to resist a yummy unhealthy nibble is great, realizing that it’s not worth your health is indeed a much powerful motivation against the temptation.

You might already have heard the above guidelines for so many times, but it pays to fully understand and read them once again to make sure you’re not missing a thing or two.

Chances are, the root cause of the problem could either be an inappropriate eating regimen due to lack of knowledge or perhaps irregularity. In this context, incorporating exercises that would aid better blood circulation and heart function in your new routine would be of great help.

Don’t worry for you don’t have to lift heavy weights to achieve the body you want. It’s just there so that you can maintain an active lifestyle. Bear in mind still that depriving yourself from regular exercise also means saying goodbye to burning calories.
