Who Knows? (1) Part B
Here you go. Another quick one since got another session. Enjoy! And this is the last part for Chapter 1 so comments on both parts must at least add up to a total of 4 comments.
We all stood there ... waiting for our turn. Just then, I could have sworn that I saw him.
"Hey, Dean... is that who I think it is?" I nudged my brother and he looked at the direction I was pointing to.
"If you mean Christian than yea.... he's one of the judges" Dean said.
I could almost shout out 'WHAT?!' right there and then I didn't want to draw attention to myself.
"Number 683" a voice over the intercom announced and I followed my brothers to the audition room.
The first person I saw was Christian. He was writing something on a piece of paper but when he looked up to say something, his mouth dropped open and he dropped his pencil.
"Katherine? Dean? Mike?" he said.
"Yes. We're singing together if that's no problem. A song written by our parents before they passed away" Mike said for all three of us and we all jumped in with the lyrics.
Ah... singing.... it always makes my life better. Sometimes, when my parents were alive, they would let me and my brothers sing the song to see how it works.
"What's their surname? The song sounds familiar" one of the judges said to the guy next to him after I sang the last verse.
"Fredwrick. I know them.... Katherine... where were you when auntie and uncle died?" Christian said.
I hated it when he calls my name cause it draws attention to me. Why didn't he just ask Mike? or Dean?
Mike could tell I was uncomfortable so he responded for me.
"We would rather keep that secret" Mike said.
"I see. They're the last right?" Christian said and the judge beside him nodded.
He turned to us and smirked at me. What does he have in his pervertic mind ?!
"I vote this group" Christian said and once again, he threw me that smirk that I hated, even when we were kids.
"Anyone objects?" the judge beside him said and everyone kept quiet.
"I guess you three got yourself a place in Cathy Academy" Carson, I remember him from when we were kids, he was best friends with Christian.
Why do the two people that I practically grew up with are both judges ?!! Then, Carson went up to me and kissed my cheek, before passing me a paper and leaving with Christian. The paper showed some information about Arts Academy and where it was, what time school starts, when does the semester start etc.
So I hit back to the present with a bump. Mrs. Rollins, the lady, allowed to us going to Cathy academy and it was on scholarship. so we didn't have to pay anything.

There you go. I will post her first day as the next chapter ...
