It is the this writer's belief that eating raw foods does indeed stop food addiction, but at the end of the day, it is up to each individual to determine if a raw food lifestyle is right for them. Ultimately it is only living foods that provide the life force and complete nutrition that is missing and desperately needed in today's sadly misguided modern "civilized" diet.
