  • Cream cheese - 2 pounds
  • Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate (melted) - 8 ounces
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4
  • Frozen raspberries (thawed) - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Framboise - ½ cup

To prepare this, take a mixing bowl and combine vanilla, sugar, eggs and melted white chocolate. Beat the mixture with help of electric hand mixer to attain a smooth and soft texture. Then, take a springform pan and transfer this mixture to it. Take a large heavy saucepan and pour some water in it. Place the bowl in this water bath and bake the mixture in it for one hour at 250 degree Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, put rasp, Framboise and sugar in a blender and prepare a smooth paste. Ingredients
  • Butter (melted) - ¼ cup
  • Cream cheese (softened) - 3 packages (8 ounce)
  • Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
  • Chocolate cookie crumbs - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3
  • Frozen raspberries - 1 package (10 ounce)
  • Half-and-half cream - ½ cup
  • White sugar - 3 tablespoons

  • Water - ½ cup
  • White chocolate chips - 2 cups
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Procedure

First, take a medium-sized bowl and combine sugar (3 tablespoons), melted butter and cookie crumbs. Combine these ingredients properly, then take a springform pan and press this mixture at its bottom. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar (2 tablespoons), water, cornstarch and raspberries. Bring this mixture to a boil and continue boiling for 5 more minutes. With the help of a strainer, strain the sauce and remove the raspberries seeds. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit. Then, pour some water in a saucepan and simmer it. Place white chocolate chips in a metal bowl and place this bowl over the simmering water.
