Whisper a Lullaby

A girl who kills herself through a lullaby...
The blood on your pillow,
The tears on your face,
You sway like a willow,
Your flowing stained lace.

Now go to bed sweet child
Forget all the pain
Your life is all wild
You won’t worry again.

Baby just cry
Don’t hold in your fears.
I’ll whisper a lullaby,
It’ll all disappear.

Lay your head down
On dark crimson sheets
Your flowing dark crown
Your pulse no more beats.

Dream of fallen petals,
And a bird that no longer sings.
Think of stinging nettles,
Then you’ll fly on broken wings.
