- 2 tbsp unflavored, unsweetened whey protein powder
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 8 - 9 crushed ice cubes
- 1 tsp artificial sweetener (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- The process to make this homemade protein shake, is simple. Mix whey protein powder with milk in a blender and whip it till well mixed.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and continue to whip, till stiff peak is formed.
- Remove from the blender and serve immediately.

- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp whey protein powder of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
