Where I Belong

I have been away far too long it's time for me to come back home I allowed others to lead me away from you, I have come to see the light I swear I will find my way back into your heart back into your arms, to open my eyes and see your smile stirs me up inside that's why I have to make it home these months a part have coast me to lose my glue, I thought I could do a life without you but that I have come to see that it's like saying I don't need air to breathe I would walk a thousand miles, stand out in the frizzing rain, travel around the globe twice in one night in order to prove that love still exists, nothing I have seen compares to what I see inside of you remembering the way we met as well as how I forced you to say goodbye brings streams of tears to my face, I have to try I need to be home safe within the walls of your heart to close my eyes and think of you soothes my soul but it only for a little while because when I open them your still not there,so this is my plea for you to allow me to come back home to your heart where I truly belong.
