In 1904, Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) was founded in Paris. Initially, it had only seven founder member countries. They were Belgium, France, Netherlands Denmark, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland. In the 21st century, there are as many as 204 members in FIFA.
