When is the iPhone 5 Coming Out?

There have been numerous rumors and speculations about the iPhone 5 release date, and there is a widespread belief that it will be launched in June 2012. Let us know more about features that this phone is expected to have and whether it is really worth the wait.
All of us were excited last year about the iPhone 5. Apple did launch a new phone in 2011, but it wasn't the iPhone 5, instead it was called the iPhone 4S. The highlight of this phone was a fast dual-core A5 processor, an 8 MP camera, iOS 5, and the iCloud. But, one feature that really caught up with the users was Siri, which acts as a personal assistant to the users. With all the excitement around the iPhone 4S, there is something more to look forward to for the iPhone fan boys. It is widely believed that Apple would be coming up with its next phone - the iPhone 5 - in the later part of 2012. The exact date is not known as of now, but there is a high possibility that the iPhone would be launched in June, 2012.

( Disclaimer : The device shown here isn't iPhone 5. Apple has not officially released any image of iPhone 5 as of now.)

Apple's World Wide Developer's Conference is scheduled in June and it is widely believed that Apple would announce the iPhone 5 to the world during that conference. Well, we are keeping our fingers crossed on the launch of iPhone 5, as last year, we learned some hard lessons that Apple can make you wait till eternity! Well, there is no official information on what the phone will look like or what new features it will be equipped with, but iPhone rumor lobby is an industry in itself and some of the rumors that are going around in the market suggest that the iPhone 5 will be slightly bigger than iPhone 4S and may pack in an incredibly fast A6 processor. Let us take a look at what all can we expect from the iPhone 5.

iPhone 5 - What Can you Expect?

4G
There is a high possibility that the iPhone 5 will work on 4G speeds. It is not clear whether it would the faster LTE version or the standard version. Well, with the device all set to host a faster processor, it will be really great if Apple gets the 4G LTE on board.
Bigger display
iPhone 4S is around 3.5 inches long (diagonally), and offers users a good view of images and web data, but with the likes of Samsung ready to launch a mammoth 5.3 inch Note, it may be possible that Apple comes up with a 4" display. Succumbing to industry trends has never been Apple's way of working, but won't it would be nice if we get to have a bigger iPhone, just to show them apart!
Near Field Communication (NFC)
NFC is a technology which allows a device to communicate and exchange data with other devices. So, in other words you can pay your bills through iPhone 5 and place online orders to buy stuff as you do it from your computer. It is already present on a lot of phones and definitely would be a part of the iPhone 5.
A6 Processor:
Although, there is no official word on this, there is a widespread consensus among reviewers and critics that iPhone 5 will pack in the fast A6 processor which will make multitasking easy and allow applications to run faster.
Improved Camera
Well, the 8 MP shooter on the iPhone 4S is good enough to take crystal-clear photos, but we guess the iPhone 5 will have a better camera. With the likes of HTC, Samsung and Sony Ericsson already dominating the smartphone market with 10 - 12 MP cameras, Apple has some serious competition in this segment.

From all the information that we have, there is a high probability that we will get to see the iPhone 5 this year itself, most probably in June. Till that time, keep your spirits high, but do not forget to keep your bank-balance leveled! Let us see, if this time around too, it changes everything, again!
