What Men Want Women to Know

Opposites that men and women are, our approaches to life are vividly different. Women, I feel are quite vocal, especially these days, when it comes to what they want. But ask a man if he had some thing which he wants to tell his woman and he'll cautiously look around, murmur something about the walls having ears, take you to a deadly quiet place where there's no one to overhear, and whisper faintly, one or two lousy things he has to say about the girl he loves. Or at least he's in a relationship with, for some reason or the other. But women are more open. It is one of the inherent tendencies of women. They want to learn, they want to improve themselves. They want to search Google for this and change accordingly, simply to please the man they are dating. Of course some of you may not be one of those women, so clearly this article is not for you.

What Do Men Want Women to Know

Oh no! This one's for those lovely, souls with a kind heart that every man craves for. Those women who assiduously opt for self improvement by learning the things men want women to know and have a healthy relationship with. So if your one of those women who wants a view into the mind of a man, and learn the things men wish women knew, well you've doubtless come to the right place.

The thing which makes this a tricky topic to write on is that there are many types of men who have a different agenda of what they want women to know. So I'm going to try to generalize this piece a bit. So without further ado, here are some of the things that men want women to know.

Tip #1: About Sex
Most women dismiss, and disturbingly so for some of us, men as heartless sexual predators. So I'd like to stick my head out and say that while we may like the act a lot, there's more to (some of) us than just our lust. We genuinely want to know more about a woman we're out with. Of course, if the girl is a hot bimbo and there is really nothing to explore there, then we need to do our exploration somewhere else.

Tip #2: Nagging
If there is one thing we hate, from the pits of our hearts, more than a guy hitting on our girls, it is nagging. We don't like it. And for some reason men get nagged a lot. First it is our mothers, then it is our women. We know what there is to do. We know that we have to clean behind us and what not. So stop telling us and ruining the Super Bowl while we're watching it.

Tip #3: We Love the TV
As if you didn't know. But not more than you, loves. Sure, we seem to give a lot more attention to it, fawn over it, flaunt it, and watch it a lot more. Maybe we crave for it more when we're away from home. Maybe we're more addicted to it than anything else in the world. Maybe we'll get raucously angry if you switch it off when we are watching it, but we do love you more. It is kind of an unspoken love though, I'll give you that...

Tip #4: The Other Man
If there is something we hate more than anything else, less than nagging perhaps, is another man hitting on you. Whether we know him, or whether you know him, or whether he's your ex boyfriend or whether it is some random guy from the street who gives you a second look. A man who loves you, we HATE it. And will probably get a little violent when someone does try to give you more attention than what we can afford. Men, by nature are also very competitive, so this extra attention from another man will totally rile us and make us act more attention giving at times. But that doesn't mean you take advantage of this!

Tip #5: Dress Up
Men love being doted on and showered with attention. Men love it when you go the extra mile to dress up for us, wear make up and generally look good when we are with you. Like I said before, men are more visual creatures and like admiring the physical beauty of the woman they are with. So we like it when you try to look good for us.

Tip #6: Definition of Fun
Our definition of fun is vastly different from yours. Women like shopping and a nice date at a nice place. Men like going to one of those places which you call 'a dump' and watching a game with 100 other drunk guys. So, in my opinion, we should be left to doing our own things. One of the things men wish women knew was what a chore it can be to go shopping in one of those all female boutiques.

Tip #7: Compliments
And compliments to us, I mean. Men do like being complimented once in a while and hence it would be nice if you told us how nice we look and how it was very good of us to get you a gift. And if you don't like what we get you, just act the part!

Tip #8: Naughty is Nice
One of the things among what do men want women to know is that we like it when you get naughty. We don't feel uncomfortable at all, if you groped our privates. Even in a public place. We like being touched and any little sexual innuendo on your part is always welcome. Anywhere and anytime. Just a little indication. We're always ready.

Tip #9: Hate Games
Football is fine. Basketball too works. But relationship games simply piss us off. We hate them from the bottom of our hearts. We hate it when you pretend not to love us, we hate it when you pretend to ignore us and we hate it when you use sex as a weapon. Some of us know that you're pretending while others can't tell. But either way, men are very simple, one-track minded creatures and hate these complex relationship issues a lot.

Tip #10: Care
The last in this list is that we love being taken care of. We love it when you cook for us, when you take us out, when you make us breakfast in bed... stuff like that. We like being pampered once in a while. A show of love and care never goes unnoticed. We love it when you're always there to pick up our calls and come out with us. We love it when you decide to look good for us. We like to see you work out. We love it all!

To conclude, I would like to say that, intuitive as you women all are, you probably know what men want women to know about them. But you'd always like a little confirmation!
