Once upon a time a job was about doing a 9 till 5 job for the whole life and retiring with a pension, which was just enough to spend a simple life. As time flies, the story changes. The eyebrows which were raised, when someone talks about a job change, remains unmoved. A job change can cause financial instability and insecurity for the person and the family as well. Job change, which was considered a life changing task, has become a routine with people moving for better prospects in their job.

The right job should meet your needs for the long run and enable you to settle down when time comes. The job should have long term prospects including growth and stability in the organization. Factors related to retirement benefits, promotion and others should be at par with your needs.

The opportunities should be compatible with the objective that you want to pursue. If there is no opportunity, then there can be no prize. The opportunities in the job can be researched through advertisements, training centers, agencies etc.
